Even though we use only the highest-quality materials and components, things can occasionally go wrong. If a technical issue occurs within the first year of use, we offer a full 1-year warranty – we will replace the affected letter, no questions asked.
Please note: the warranty does not apply in cases of physical damage, such as breaking or cracking of the letter.
Beyond the warranty period, if any letter ever develops an issue, we will replace it at any time with a 20% discount – no hassle, no hidden costs.
