Description

Dual-color for more visibility
This switch boasts a unique feature set. In addition to the incorporated fuse, it offers a dual-color LED lighting functionality. This innovative design ensures visibility even when the switch is turned off. When in the off position, a vivid red LED illuminates, providing clear visual indication. Upon activation, the switch emanates a distinctive blue light, signaling its operational status. This versatility makes it ideal for applications where both the state of the switch and its location need to be easily discernible.

What is the Difference between Latching and Momentary switches?
Latching switches
Latching switches are switched on by the user and then remain on until switched off again. They do not require continuous compression from the user.
Momentary switches
Momentary switches require continuous compression. They will switch on when the user compresses the switch and will remain on only for as long as there is pressure on the switch. Once the pressure is removed they will switch off.
Build-in FUSE
If the current surpasses the rated threshold, the switch will seamlessly disconnect automatically. Conversely, if the current falls below the rated level, the switch will resume normal operation, ensuring both safety and uninterrupted functionality.

Fuse Switch Operation
Consider a 5A switch rating for illustration:
- If the switch handles a current of 1,2 times its rating (6A), it can operate continuously without issues.
- However, when the switch encounters a current of twice its rating (10A), it will disconnect within 5 seconds.
- Once the excess heat dissipates, the switch autonomously returns to its regular operational state.
Refer to the following table for other specifications:
FUNCTION | CURRENT x 1,2 | CURRENT x 1,5 | CURRENT x 2 | When the current |
SWITCH RATING | Switch can heat dissipates run | Switch will be | Switch will be | |
10A | 12A | 15A | 20A | Switch automatically |
20A | 24A | 30A | 34A | Switch automatically |
